Under Web browser, click the browser currently selected (Microsoft Edge, Google chrome, Mozilla firefox) and select Internet Explorer.
Once done, then press the windows key on your keyboard to open start menu. Now press on "Delete" option on the bottom and press the "Delete" option again on the new window opened. Now press the Windows key+R on your keyboard to open the Run command box again and type in inetcpl.cpl and hit enter When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, select Close, and then select OK. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, select "Reset".
Select the "Advanced" tab, and then select "Reset". This will open the "Internet Properties". Press Windows key+R on your keyboard to open the Run command box. I tried to make them as simple as possible. It is totally fixable.I am assuming you are using Windows computer Fingers crossed.
